Business Development Representative (Swedish speaking)

THE POSITION
As a Business Development Representative you are responsible for increasing the frequency and heightening the qualification of prospect engagements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Together with your manager, you develop a prospecting plan for the Nordics market and execute autonomously;
- Continuously refine and adjust prospecting plan on analyzing ratios;
- Implement new ideas to sales approach and enhance current process to strengthen success rate;
- Identify prospects with a viable contingent workforce;
- Conduct high quality prospecting to qualify leads through call, emails and LinkedIn;
- Present our value proposition to prospects.

This role benefits from the support of an experienced Business Development Manager who will work closely with you in providing guidance and feedback as you develop and progress in your role. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor or Master degree;
- Native Swedish speaker and fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role is a plus;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to deliver engaging sales propositions.
