PRO Unlimited in Germany is looking for an experienced and ambitious New Business Manager who is driven to develop business plans and building and growing relationships with both prospects and clients in Germany. We have ambitious plans to grow in Germany. You have the unique chance to create your own team, based in Frankfurt, who is responsible for offering our contingent workforce solutions. You will be member of the EMEA business development team.
- Generating new business with key clients in Germany;
- Building and growing relationships with clients;
- Identify areas for innovation, improvement and proactively implement MSP solutions to deliver value and improve client experience;
- Gather market intelligence to craft winning sales strategies and solutions;
- Managing the sales team;
- Establishing and maintaining liaisons with other EMEA team members.
In this role you will benefit from the support of the President EMEA, who will work closely with you by providing guidance and progress in your role. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor degree required;
- A minimum of 8 years of related sales experience in the (MSP) staffing industry;
- Fulltime available;
- Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written.
